Any reporter who asks a Tea Bagger - rally attendee (either one) or candidate - what "cap and tax" is. Or cap-and-trade. They know they're against it, that's for sure. But do any of them know what it's about? It would be simple: "What is that? Cap and trade?" Then watch the blank stare followed by about 30 seconds of gibberish.
