Who is London Rayne? And WHAT Is HER CONNECTION With David Vitter?

Though undoubtedly a nom de guerre, as it were, her name seems to have been popping up all over the place. The Kingfish has been buzzing for quite some time with anonymous suggestions that there was another shoe to drop for David Vitter -- another lady of the night set to come forward to tell her story. Of course, we have no way of knowing if there's a connection, but London Rayne's name has been sent our way too much to ignore.

So, we thought it would be best just to ask David Vitter a few simple questions to clear things up, once and for all.
