Corporate Media Pimp Alert: Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ)
Edited on Wed Oct-20-10 09:53 AM by Proud Liberal Dem
The Today Show ran a puff piece today about Governor Christie and seemed to be pushing the idea that he might run for POTUS in 2012 (or at least sometime in the future). It touted his supposed bipartisan *creds* by talking and interviewing a friend of his who happens to be a Democrat, his winning a Republican "straw poll", and, get this, his apparent *endorsement* by Rush Limbaugh (who's been known to speak favorably about him on his show). To top it all off, they even asked his young daughter if she'd like her dad to be POTUS- to which she responded, "no comment" (which they made a big fuss over :eyes:). The whole thing seemed (to me at least) pretty blatantly trying to set him up for a future Presidential run.

:puke:

3. So , I guess we're supposed to believe this is just a "coincidence":

Wiki:
>>>After dropping out of college, Limbaugh moved to McKeesport, Pennsylvania. In 1972, he became a Top 40 music disc jockey on WIXZ, a small AM radio station that reached much of the Pittsburgh area. He started with an afternoon show and later did mornings, broadcasting under the name "Jeff Christie". >>>
