Grayson's opponent refuses to debate

The Democratic Congressional Committee has given up on firebrand House Rep. Alan Grayson and has stopped sending him money for his re-election campaign, states a report at National Journal's Hotline On Call.

According to Hotline's Reid Wilson, Grayson is among a growing number of House Democrats who are considered so unlikely to win their races that there is little point in sending them money from the national party.

1. But if he was a Blanche Lincoln Dem, I'm sure they would keep sending money

2. I know right?
If we had 50 Graysons in the Senate, our current problems would be over. If we had 50 Blanche Lincolns, we'd be the Republicans. But Blanche gets the money. Way to go, Dems...lol.

4. Why are people so quick to believe the media's BS?

Alan Grayson raised nearly $4 million, more than four times as much money as his opponent. The DCCC is likely redirecting resources to other races where funding is needed.

6. Grayson has big lead over Webster in money race
WASHINGTON -- If U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson loses next month to Republican challenger Dan Webster, it won't be because the Orlando Democrat hasn't raised enough money.

Over the last two years, Grayson has netted more than $3.8 million in campaign contributions – more than four times as much as the $891,000 that Webster, a former state senator, has raised, according to records filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Heading into the final two weeks of the campaign, Grayson had nearly three times as much in his war chest as Webster, roughly $1.2 million to $400,000.

The logical explanation.

8. How is Grayson polling?

I'll send him money regardless. He's about the ONLY Dem to stand up to the Repugs on a daily basis.
