This is national seat belt week.

Bush caught without seat belt:

The Decider decided not to wear a seat belt, or make his NATO guest wear one from what I could see.

4. Actually, most seat belt laws are written to say that they must be worn
while the vehicle is moving. None of them that I have read so far say only on public roads. I am not engaging in a debate on seat belt laws. I am not intending this to be an impeachable offense news story of the day. I only show this as an example of the Decider making bad decisions, whether in Iraq, or on his fake farm. Incidently, in most states, the NATO guy would get a ticket, too.
