Seventeen equals Nineteen Million
The top seventeen (17) wage earners took home exactly the same amount of income as the bottom nineteen million (19,000,000) wage earners.

1. Must be nice.
I'll bet they have better health care than the bottom fifty million too.

2. I always balk at using the word "earners" in cases like this.
I'd say the top 17 are probably "recipients" rather than "earners."

3. Sad, isn't it, when if you think about it, those 19 million voters should
easily beat the 17 other voters.

Just sad.

5. Good thing we don't tax those 17 too much!
Or, you know, we might have 10% unemployment and the auto and lending industries might crash with wall street!

Oh...wait...shit.

6. Sez who
the banks? Too bad we can't print our own money, barter with each other till we all have enough. Uh oh I'm sounding like a socialist liberal. Declare independence from the banks, they don't need us, so why do we need them?
