Paladino dragging down other GOPers with him, lagging by 37 points.
"There is no enthusiasm among Republicans for Carl Paladino," said Siena pollster Steven Greenberg.

"The governor's race is not attracting Republicans to come out and vote," he continued.

Marist College polling director Lee Miringoff said, "Paladino doesn't appear to be the kind of candidate to generate the enthusiasm and presence at the top of the ticket to get people starting out voting on the Republican line.

1. NYS GOP aka
Idiots in Total Disarray

Maybe this is why I keep feeling so hopeful about November. I keep seeing and hearing this 'enthusiasm gap' on the GOP side. Hopefully it isn't just in NY.

5. This is great news
There were a handful of democratic incumbents in New York who were facing some tough races, but Paladino should be giving all of them a big edge. This will put us in a much better position to keep the house.
