I am not a bigot,
but,

I am still not a bigot.

Is it any surprise that a party that produced an ass like Clarence Thomas (whose reentry into the public eye is welcome on two fronts: a. we again are reminded what a nasty pervert he is, and b. Funny how he met with the Kochs and other millionaires, oops BILLIONAIRES) would fall all over itself to protect and support a filthy pervert like Juan Williams.

For the record, when I used to listen to the old NPR, before it became too right wing and nutty for me, I could not stand Juan. He always struck me as a jerk, so easy to judge others, and never able to admit a mistake. Facts never got in the way of his story, and most of the time, his stories contained spin enough to make me feel edgy, as though something was very wrong.

Now we learn that Juan was a serial harasser, which also makes him perfect for Fox News. Want to bet that his office is close to O Really?'s?

Way to go, Juan. You found yourself a perfect home. Filled with sexual harassers, liars, thugs and spinners of the truth. Plus you get paid for it! What a deal.

2. Can you explain why the MSM is ignoring
Thomas' very questionable meeting with the Koch family, and others, just before this campaign season? Citizen's United suddenly takes on a whole different aura. It was a bad decision before. But now, it really stinks. Could it be that there a pay per opinion thing going on?

3. Pay off
I do believe that the fix was in before the decision. Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas got their gratuity prior to. Not sure what Kennedy got, maybe out of the five he actually buys into the BS that dollars are the same as Free Speech.

I guess this means that a corporate CEO has more "Free Speech" then me.

4. the only reason I would say no
is based on a pathetic, ever diminishing hope that our public servants were not for sale. Unfortunately, what you say makes sense, especially about the fix being in before the decision. You are also right, corporations' voices are far louder and more powerful than ours, and that does not bode well for the future.

6. "Fee for service" is much simpler than pretending to interpret
intentions of guys who have been dead 200 years and wrote documents using too many big words and long sentences.

7. Who owns and/or controls the MSM? Who provides their advertising revenue?

In my opinion, we no longer have a "press" in sense that the constitution intended.

8. starting in 1991, he sexually harassed female workers
he was warned several times. in 2003, they gave him a written warning.
In 2005, there was something that happened at NPR with him and a female college temp, the details of which are hidden deep and far away.

There are more things out there, including a possible sealed lawsuit that was settled.
