All of the Repub candidates are claiming that they will reduce spending
to pay off the $4 trillion deficit.

I just realized how they will attempt to do that.

They plan on cutting NPR's budget. That'll make up the $4 trillion dollars.

Crazy? Maybe, but someone will propose it soon.

Remember, you heard it here first.

1. Deficits are better than Depressions.
Bernake and Geithener both believe a case can be made
for more stimulus. But what do they know???

2. Just like Raygun
who ended up giving us the first $3 trillion dollar deficit.

Live and don't learn. That's America.

5. Precisely
The Repubs only know how to spend more, they couldn't balance a budget to save their souls.

3. They lie--they borrow and spend instead of paying as we go
And a bunch of blue dogs went right along with them.

6. It has been an ongoing thing. I think the House initiates spending bills,
and the Dems have held the House since 2007.

There is blame enough that it can be bipartisan.

7. If they actually listened to NPR they would find it is one of the GOP's best assets!
Lots of negative spin in every story so as to figure out a way to trash Obama or congressional Dems. I pretty much have NPR fatigue.
