means Clarance Thomas perjured himself in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

I would remove him from office for that.

1. Interesting. Is it actually perjury?
I mean did he lie or evade or deflect questions? I think I will be hard to do.

6. Since he gave evidence in the senate there has to be a record
of all the testimony in the Congressional Record and it will be right there in black and white what each said.

8. He said, "This is a high tech lynching." Is that perjury?
I know there were other things, but what can he be nailed with? I'm not sure he's not guilty but can you say that the kind of political statements a nominee makes isn't protected? Or that he didn't just change his mind about things? Or, he forgot.

Congress does not have the... ah, conviction to impeach him, and then the senate doesn't have the 2/3 who would convict him.

It's just a dream.

2. Well, right now, it remains she said + she said, versus he said
I sort of doubt that would rise to the level of getting him booted. Especially with expected rising numbers of RETHUGS in the House.

3. No. What should happen and what could or will happen are entirely different things.
Welcome to the real world where reality is a harsh mistress.

7. Without a doubt
His confirmation hearing was under oath. It is now quite clear that he lied, repeatedly. Impeachment would be a slam dunk if any of our "representatives" would get up the nerve to do it.
