Does this ad by the Citizens against Government Waste have racist/Xenophobic undertones?

I was watching the Television today and saw this ad by the so called "Citizens against Government Waste". Apart from the obvious fact that this is hypocritical(After all the GOP/teaparty has no right to lecture others about spending and budgets)I believe that this ad has racist/Xenophobic undertones.


I dislike the way how East Asians(Chinese to be exact) are portrayed in this video; and this entire advertisement, especially the end seems to be specifically tailor made to evoke Xenophobic/racist feelings against the "other".

This looks almost like one of those ww2 era "yellow peril" posters/Fu Manchu-ish comic book villain characterization. Maybe I'm mistaken and this advert is squeaky clean, But I would like to hear your opinion regarding this.

Looks like Citizens Against Government Waste spent a fortune on a new ad arguing that progressive policies have fueled a 2010 Red Menace: youtube.com/​watch?v=OTSQoz...

Campus Progress Action remixed it to mock the xenophobia of the original and point out some real truths about the economy.
