Clarence Thomas must resign from the Supreme Court of the United States
There really is no other option. Every opinion he produces (aside from the fact that he does whatever fat Tony does)will be forever suspect. (as if it wasn't already)

1. He may well have lied to Congress during his nomination hearings.

http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2010/10/22/130757782/clarence-thomas-former-girlfriend-speaks-out

2. His wife (or going with her interpretation, her staff) has undermined a potential future decision on a case that could come before her husband.

http://www.denverpost.com/nationworld/ci_16402155

3. His secret meetings with fat Tony at the corporate political donor meetings in the past and planned in the future suggest his opinions may not be his own. (which some of us here have strongly suspected anyway)

Clarence Thomas must resign from the Supreme Court of the United States.

4. What is your ideology?
Truly curious because nearly every post from you is the opposite of what one might expect on DU.

5. Who was the last Justice to be as all-around bad as Thomas?
I'm not enough of a SCOTUS scholar to know whether having one or two flake jobs on the bench is a standard pattern up there. Perhaps it is like those sitcoms with one goofball character (Ted Baxter, George Utley, Cliff Clavin) who makes everyone else look "normal" by comparison.

6. He needs to be impeached ... Congress doesn't have Guts
To do what right and within their powers and responsibly
There is enough evidence on impropriety and conflict of interest
let alone him lying to congress to get off the porch

13. Impeach him for perjury during confirmation hearings
Then dredge up all the witnesses to his sexual harassment and his lying about Anita Hill
until he resigns in disgrace to prevent more.

23. He has to, because what are we going to tell the children?
He lied under oath (about sex). He perjured himself (about sex).

I learned these things during the Clinton impeachment.

Funny how things have a way of circling back to bite one in the ass.

24. Impeach for perjury.
He won't resign...what a quaint idea. Nixon resigned in an era when subpoenas were actually answered. This sick asshole will have to be kicked out the door.

Maybe if enough women came forward (oh, gee maybe a good 25 would be required to counter his one voice), and were going to put his sexual sadism out there for all to see...maybe then he'd resign.

I'd like to know what his first wife has to say. I bet she lived a nightmare with his waste of human flesh.

25. Not having Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court would
be a-ok with me. Don't know if it will happen, but the idea has enormous appeal.

I'd be happy to drop him off at the bus station, in fact.

Here, Judge. Here's a buck or two. Get yourself a can of coke.
