Former NPR analyst Juan Williams, among other ignorant people, has an irrational fear of Muslims, and thinks you can identify them based on what they look like. Here I will post pictures of Muslims wearing all sorts of things in an attempt to refute that there is such a thing as "Muslim garb" or a Muslim look.

Newer arrivals still wear the veil. Women who have been here longer either move to the hijab or drop the headgear altogether, although it makes sense to wear head covering in the desert. There's a huge mix here and most are indistinguishable from the rest of us.

15. I live in a community with many Muslims

While it is a majority catholic/protestant we have never had a problem. Some women wear burkas, some don't. Some are my friends, some I don't know but we all get along fine. My dentist is a Palestinian and a friend.
