Just how many mice with human brains are there in Delaware, and given that they reportedly have human brain-like capacity, are any of them registered to vote?

Are laboratory tests required to determine if mice with human brains split predictably along party lines?

If so, I hope there are a lot of mice with human brains in Wisconsin registered as Democrats. There's cheese in Wisconsin as far as the eye can see, be it a regular human eye or a mouse with human brains eye, plus Russ Feingold totally rocks.
