Need Carly Fiorina links that clearly point out why NOT to vote for her |
|
I was out to dinner last evening with my gentleman friend. Totally liberal on social issues and Ronnie Raygun conservative on finanical issues. So far, I may not have converted him to voting for the Dems, but I have been quite successful on at least getting him to not vote for Repukes...except last evening. He is passing his vote for Calif governor and is voting Yes on 19 and No on 23...so far so good. Then we can to the Boxer - Fiorina contest and his face went nearly purple with his negative feelings on Boxer. This is a close race and there is NO WAY I can get a pro-Boxer vote out of him, but I am hoping at the least for him to pass on voting for US Senator.
Help...do you have any "negative" links on Carly Fiorina? If so, please pass them on to me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for any help I can get ~~ the last freaking thing this nation needs at this time is to have a POS like Fiorina in the US Senate.

2. 10 Reasons People Hate Carly Fiorina |
|
http://www.businesspundit.com/10-reasons-people-hate-carly-fiorina/Article shows how she talks a good game, but has NO follow-through, a record of failure and no ability to admit when she's wrong.

7. I thought this quote was especially juicy: |
|
Buying a personal jet in front of a distrustful and alienated workforce is one example. Freezing employee salaries while giving herself and her executive ilk bonuses is another. Doing these things in light of nearly 18,000 employee dismissals (2003) is just plain callous.
Good luck!

5. No links but a question to ask him. |
|
How can anyone that would spend 140 million dollars of their own money on top of donations to get a job that pays $174,000 per annum be considered even slightly fiscally responsible? She will take monetary help from anyone that is offering it so it isn't for principle. It's not like all those other Senate candidates are blowing 100's of millions of their own dollars to get elected. Shoot one of them uses her campaign donations to support herself in the style she wants to become accustomed too.

We won't be cutting programs under Republicon leadership, we never have. We cut taxes and increase spending every time. Every single time they get into power. "Cut my taxes" is bankrupting our future generations, and as a fiscal conservative (I believe we have to pay for the programs we need) I am SICK TO DEATH of their bullshit.

11. Thank you ~~ very intersting letter. |
|
So...why the hell is Carly F doing well against Barbara Boxer???
This is such a puzzle to me ~~ maybe the anti-incumbent attitude?
Again, thanks for the link.

13. I don't get it. Fiorina is universally detested in Silicon Valley |
|
and those of us with stakes in IT generally know at least one ex-HP employee. That alone makes for a large demographic. That Fiorina is even a player shocks me almost literally; I mean--she was paid a fortune to leave so that HP could recover from the damage she did.
Weird, weird, weird.

14. I have to go back with the "anti-incumbent" attitude... |
|
...and Boxer has been in DC for a long time. Barbara has been a wonderful senator ~~ I just don't get the opposition to her. I see what you are saying, too: Anyone in IT knows what Fiorina is all about.
