Chinese dissidents plan their own WikiLeaks

Just read a brief article in the Tibetan Review about how Chinese dissidents are working on putting together their own WikiLeaks-style website to expose Chinese government secrets and hope to promote Democracy by uncovering the truth about their government's behavior.

Now, I thought it was interesting because there are a handfull of people on DU who are very against what WikiLeaks is doing, but would they have the same response to a site which did the same thing as the regular WikiLeaks does but was focused specifically on uncovering Chinese secrets?

And lets face it, "secrets" in this case means atrocities and illegal behavior.
