that's what I'm hearing on MSNBC now. His objective if the Rs get control is the 2012 election and getting something done is greatly reduces. Gridlock and stalling.

Still want to teach those Dems a lesson now???? Now is not the time to sit at home and forsake voting.

3. If they try to investigate this President for some bullshit trumped-up charge
they will all but guarantee him a second term.

They don't learn from their mistakes.

11. if? it is a certainty.
And they have learned from their mistakes. We keep mistaking the banal idiocy of their base, and stunning stupidity of their public utterances for lack of intelligence in their leaders.

4. Truth spoken in desperation sounds...
Even uglier than the lies they spewed to cover up their evil plot.

They are willing to play partisan politics while Rome burns. Weird how we all knew this all along, and got hammered on for saying so.

They just do not fucking get it.

6. This isn't just a moment of unintended candor.
The "take Obama down by any means necessary" meme has been echoed by multiple Republicans/teabaggers. They will literally stop at nothing including tossing this country off a cliff in order to attain their right-wing political agenda.

7. Still think we can compromise and negotiate with these types of people?
Of course everyone has to get out and vote, but the leadership team (including the President) has to stop pretending that there is any chance that these morons will ever put their country first instead of their corporations and work to help America's suffering citizenry.

14. The shitty thing is that after November 2 we won't have a choice.
They might have the House and they'll have a whole hell of a lot more power in the Senate, so any talk of just bypassing them is wishful thinking thanks to our easily-scared "quick-fix" electorate.

10. And the administration will continue to reach out to work with this party.
While ignoring/insulting the Democratic base, and moving ever rightward. The idea of fighting back will not even be considered.
