Poll question: Would You Compromise For The Following???
The art of the deal is going on...and you get to play Congresscritter here. The regime is willing to stand down on one of the following important issues. Which one would you choose?

Keep in mind that the "unlimited funding" we're talking here only lasts through the Fall and this whole show will have to play over again.

1. I say attach the minimum wage legislation.
The hell with Gonzo and Rover. Gonzo is doing a terrific job of committing suicide already, and he'll take care of the final desctuction without our help...at least via adding his demise to legislation. Rover if tougher, but the investigations are getting closer and closer every week.

If they attach the minimum wage legislation to this funding bill and Shjrub vetoes it, he will not only be showing the American people that he doesn't GAS about the poor, but he'd be going against his own directive "Send me a bill with no timelines and no benchmarks and I'll sign it."

2. compromise on what? ending crimes against humanity in Iraq?
I don't understand your poll. If that's what you're asking-- would I support the U.S. continuing to be a criminal nation in Iraq in exchange for Gonzales or whatever, that's insulting! The war against Iraq is a crime against humanity. Gonzo is a criminal who tried to subvert the office of U.S. Attorney for political gain. Etc. Crimes are not exchangable!

5. I'm Showing The Options Many Inside The Beltway Are Facing
I'm firmly for immediate withdrawl and defunding of this misadventure. But the "ground game" here is that some deal is gonna be worked out and that there's a chance to get something out of this rather than "caving". Booooosh and his cronies have already bottled up legislation that would benefit millions here in this country and the question is about having to deal with the devil...if he was willing to allow one of those listed or some other, would you be able to tolerate pushing the war mess into the Fall when the next appropriations will come up.

Again, I don't condone what is happening...and I agree on the complete and thorough investigation of all in this regime who have committed crimes, but that part is just beginning. I'll never be satisfied until I see justice served in the Hague.

3. The damned democratic "elected" congress people need to give NOTHING!
They need to stand up to the regime and take back control of America for America.
