Is they guy in your photo the same one as the stomper? I can't say at all. I've watched the video over and over. To me, the stomper seems to be a bit younger that the fellow in your photo, but again - I can't say at all one way or the other if they're the same guy.

Either way, the Rand Paul Campaign needs to come clean with this guy's identity. He committed a crime.

He's Tim Profitt. It's also sad people like him aren't really that much of an exception around that area. I remember when I was in high school an agriculture teacher tied a student to a tree with tractor chains on a rainy day in the winter for the duration of the class as a punishment for sleeping in class.

Then there was a former sheriff that thought he'd "test" some of the people working in the office by mailing a powdered envelope back when we had that big Anthrax scare. As a result, an elderly woman almost had a heart attack and had to be taken to the hospital for observation. If I remember correctly he resigned not too long after that.

I'm so glad I left there. I live in Denver now and people here seem much nicer.
