A concussion is a brain injury...
It can range from mild to traumatic, but it can still be serious.

This is why the assaulter should be prosecuted by the law.

1. Even without *any* injury, he should be charged with assault with a deadly weapon
That woman was positioned over a curb, so that foot-stomping could have actually broken her neck!

I hope he lives to regret that action for the rest of his natural life.

3. I was just going to say something similar. No injury needed - he assaulted
this woman. I have no doubt I'd be behind bars if I did that on the streets of Seattle. What's the hold up?

6. Actually striking someone is generally assault and battery. Assault is just putting someone in fear
of an unwanted or harmful touch. This is, without question, a crime, and one which under any normal circumstances, would be prosecuted to one degree or another.

7. copy and paste from earlier post.....
Lexington police said this afternoon that that Profitt was indeed their man. "Detectives identified the suspect involved in the assault as Tim Profitt. Mr. Profitt is currently being served with a criminal summons ordering him to appear before a Fayette County District Court judge," police said in a statement.

9. She should sue him, too: "I disagreed with her so I stomped her head and neck" probably
isn't a defense recognized by ordinary civil law
