How long will it take American English to recover from Bushisms
and wingnuttery?

How long before people can once again finish the old saying "Fool me once...?"
How long before we can return to spelling it "Moron?"
How long before you quit needing to put food on your family?
How long before "strategery" loses the extra letters?

I fear that neither America nor the language will ever recover from the Buffoon-in-Chief, the Decider.

6. that would make a great protest sign: "Free the English Language!" only some wingnut would mistake
it for an anti-immigration sign.

10. It depends on whether Americans can recover from Bushista misrule.
If there are no survivors, the language won't matter.
