Complaint filed against GOP over campaign mailer
A complaint has been filed with Wisconsin election regulators over a campaign mailing sent by the Republican Governors Association.
Liberal advocacy group One Wisconsin Now made the complaint filed by Kevin Gundlach of Madison public on Tuesday.

Gundlach alleges the mailing broke state law because it was an absentee ballot application but it said the form should be returned to the city of Fitchburg and not Madison, where Gundlach lives.

Gundlach claims in the complaint that the mailing was an attempt to deprive him of his right to vote by containing the incorrect information for where to seek an absentee ballot.
