In fact, almost anything which makes it easier to go out and vote favors Democrats. We all know it: when Democrats vote, Democrats win.

poor people who have a harder time, logistically, getting to the polls.
If you worked all day on your feet, you're less likely to get off your bus in a downpour or freezing weather and stand in line to vote. It's a matter of our demographics.

You posted that on Wednesday. Forecasts more than three days away can get shaky. At six days away it's almost a guess.
