I would have won $5 million. I'm going to keep playing. I only started playing about a month ago.

6. Up until that 36 popped up |
|
did you start feeling urges to donate to FreedomWorks? Did you start feeling an unexplainable desire to kick homeless people? Did you start having a panic attack over the prospect of having to pay a death tax, and suddenly start seeing privatization as a good solution for Social Security and everything else under the sun? ;)
Congratulations on the win! :hi:

15. if you enjoy games of chance, I recommend craps |
|
throwing dice will have the most equitable distribution of winning probability curves than most any other game out there.
I used to play craps all night, $1 a roll, I didn't win a lot and didn't lose a lot, but it can actually be fun all the time.
Playing the lotto is a losers game, I don't waste my time on those state-controlled gambling scams. Factor in all the money you bought for the losing tickets (including "free tickets") and subtract that from your winnings. Also you have to pay taxes on capital gains. You really don't make as much as you might think. Just the odds of winning are enough to keep me away.

Any player of their states Lotto would have considerably better luck playing any table in Vegas, even the slot machines. People who grok math do not play the Lotto, not ever. It's a sucker's game.

26. I worked with a guy who always played the same numbers...every week |
|
He went out of the country on vacation and of course the numbers hit. He did not even know it until he had been back a few days & just casually looked through the newspapers. He saw them & woke up his 25 yr old son who had been dog-sitting for them.. The son was supposed to buy tickets each week..he did not:(

31. Don't know the FL lottery |
|
but these are the odds from the NY Lotto:
Odds of getting 6/6 numbers: 1 in 45 million
Odds of getting 5/6 numbers: 1 in 144,000
5/6 appears close to 6/6, but it's a mirage.
