Political commercials

I don't watch TV much these days, mainly because of my work schedule. This morning I developed tendinitis in my right wrist, so I went to the Dr's office. While in the waiting room my attention was drawn to the TV, which was playing the news. Commercial breaks were comprised of nothing but political commercials. I was almost at the point of snapping at the woman at the front desk to turn that goddamn TV off. My bullshit tolerance gets pretty low when I'm in pain. Finally since there was no kids present I went and sat down in the kids area and watched the TV that was set up for them. Whatever was on that TV was preferable to the crap being spewed on the main waiting room TV. It was at that point they called me back to see the doctor.
