Tucker: Dems "Bent over again."

Now I don't know about you, but I find that statement rather interesting. I know if I made that remark on one of these boards, I would be lambasted by the mob of howling protesters. And well that I should be.

That being said, where is the outrage at MSNBC? He keeps using this phrase and keeps getting away with it.

On edit: As one who has made his share of what have been perceived as insensitive remarks at DU, and apologized on numerous occasions, this enquiring mind wishes to know HTF does he get away with sodomizing references like that?

2. Why the Outrage
It's pretty much a fact at this point in time, isn' it? Bush wanted it his way and he got it his way,
anything that he doesn't like he'll just attach a signing statement to it.

It's not like the Dem leadership is actually going to confront him about it!!!!

4. He's entirely correct

Bush takes six years' worth of dumps on the Constitution and rubs the reeking rags in our faces, and the Democrats in Congress worry about whether they're going to be seen as not sufficiently supportive of the troops or about whether the Powder is sufficiently Dry.

Whatfuckingever.

6. To answer your edit question, because the target audience is homophobic.
and they think references impugning homosexuals are funny.

And MSNBC is just as complicit in this in not firing his bigoted ass.

12. Tucker is glorifying rape, since it is the Republicans who are taking
advantage of the Democrats on the receiving end. It would be difficult to conceive that the person bending over could possibly be the agressor. Therefore, under Tucker's analogy, he and his fellow Republicans are the rapists, which I can only conclude is the role that he wants to assume.

8. I notice the "internet language" seems to be infecting the MSCorporate Media.
I think they are hoping to look "Trendy." After all they are such losers they don't even know how to think on their own anymore...so trolling the internets looking for catchy phrases is what they do.

I wouldn't think that would be a phrase used on MS Cable....but...anything goes...
