Meek was just on CBS morning show: will not be dropping out |
|
Said he met with Clinton. Said they talked about him dropping out. He said he never said he would and has no plans to do so. (There was no cutsie equivocation.)
Tim Kaine was then on. He confirmed that Meek is still the candidate in Florida.
All at about 7.15 am, 10.29.10, CBS Early Show, interview by Harry Smith

1. He is not a bad candidate |
|
I like him. But I am a little depressed that Rubio is going to apparently win handily. Great job Gov. Crist! You let a tea partier kick your ass with nothing but lies.

10. Crist pulling out would not come close to providing a rubio-defeat |
|
half if not more of his votes would swing to marco.

Floridians have 4 choices - and 3 of the 4 do just that - send rubio to Washington.
Your vitriol cannot change that. Those are the facts.

Your vote, however, puts him there.

4. Perfect message control less than a week before election....me? no I'm still serious |
|
That said how he has run an absolutely horribly awful campaign, I still voted for him. I just hope Sink wins Gov, it will make the Rubio win palatable. Rubio's teabaggery will see that he gets nothing but laughed at in DC. Just another puke.

Well, it's not like when the Green party voters in Florida brought us George Bush for president. But a senator is still damn important.
