The subtle right wing slant of MSNBC continues |
|
It is 9.20 am. Guthrie and Toad are hosting the sagacious Denny Hasturd.
Chuckie Toad to Big Denny: "You were there in 94 when the repubs took over. You're a smart man. What is your advice to Boner when he becomes Speaker."
The whole thing was very low key. But everything they said in the segment was framed as if it is a certainty that the repubs will take the House. (unspoken message: Dems, just stay home. You can't win.)
Just another anecdotal bit about the subtle but relentless right wing slant of MSNBC.
Worse than Fox because they're sneaky about it.

8. This is why I get so aggravated when I hear that MSNBC is the "Liberal Fox" |
|
So it has a few "liberal" shows in the evening. The rest of the day it is the "Fox Fox"

10. It's a good thing only a small circle of friends watch that crap... |
|
It's not like Walter Cronkite pontificating on the elections. It's Chuck Todd on the Mid Morning show..

11. The average voter couldn't pick Chuck Todd out of a lineup if his life depended on it. |
|
I don't think anyone that is actually watching a program like that is going to be swayed very much one way or the other. Of course that doesn't change your main point here. Chuck Todd is a tool.
