Just got two robocalls in a row from Bob Dole telling me to vote for Crist

I'm sure this will make me very unpopular, but this makes me very sure that Crist does not have the intention of staying an independent if elected. Dole, who was 47th Chairman of the Republican National Committee, a Bush admin appointee to a commission to investigate negligence at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, a vice presidential candidate with Gerald Ford, and opposition of Clinton in 1996, addressed Crist as a 'long time friend and supporter'.

I didn't listen on, I knew what was coming. I've been receiving robocalls for Crist for awhile now, but using Dole took the cake for me. I've been on the fence lately about my support of Meek and if perhaps it was time to back down and take the lesser of two evils. I know now that I will stick to my morals instead.

7. I was reading "The Survivor", a book about the Clinton Presidency....

and when Dole was in the House during the first term, a lot of Dole's policy stands almost look lefty compared to the party leadership now. LOL.

Not an endorsement of Dole, but just a statement that the party has gone even more right than I ever thought possible 15 years ago.
