What Conservatives think about California Proposition 19
Edited on Sun Oct-31-10 02:01 AM by Xicano
I mean come on! Even the looney-tunes on the right understand major points of this issue. For anyone to actually vote no or to proclaim their dedication to "strictly enforce federal law" on this issue. Even the lunatic-fringe have more sense than you. Instead, why don't you make history and stand-up for freedom and common sense by supporting and voting yes on Prop 19.

1. I wish you Californians the best of luck on Tuesday!
I think momentum is definitely in your favor, with even many conservatives capitulating on the issue.

Once again, you'll pave the way by setting the example for the rest of the U.S. to follow.

Lead on California!

5. Hey, some conservatives are actually leading the way on the legalization.
While some of the Democrats are capitulating.

Politics can really, truly, make for interesting bed fellows. '

And this election proves that canard.

3. The pot initiative, right? My conservative neighbor lectured his Bible study class on Nature's Herb!
Hubby always has interesting conversations with the guy, and it turns out we're all voting yes on Prop 19. Now, I actually expected that because I know he uses it for his migraines, but I didn't expect to hear that he had had a word with his Bible class about how it is all natural and God put it on the planet for us to use.

Something tells me the people of this country are more than ready to repeal Prohibition and put the Mafia out of business.

4. Thanks Hekate
He takes it for his migraines? I imagine it would indeed work good for that since of course it dilates all the blood vessels throughout the body.

You should tell him to point out that Bibles use to be written on cannabis. :)

Peace,
Xicano
