Question about corporations "hoarding" cash

OK, what about Apple? Generally regarded as an extremely "blue" company that is staunchly defended by many on DU, AAPL has $5 billion + in cash, plus another $20 billion in short term investments.

So...should Apple hire until all their cash is committed? Should its corporate tax rate be increased? If so, by how much?

Just curious.

1. Apple should use their cash to move manufacturing back to America.
All American coroporations should do the same.

But they wont, because they are greedy assholes.

3. Apple, Dell, Microsoft, Intel, and all the high tech companies...
...were going to be the future for American jobs....then they stabbed us in the back and moved overseas, mostly for the profit.

4. Personally, I think they should be taxed at higher rate than American companies...
without the taxbreaks afforded them for taking jobs overseas.

5. They should be fined 10% of their avaliable cash EVERY quarter
that they aren't hiring Americans and fast enough.

They want greed, and they are going to LOSE it all. They will see that they can't get shit from the Thugs and decide to give up and move back to America and give them decent wages.

If I was a progressive, I would challenge Obama from the left with the promises for every American to have living wages, single payer health care, remove greed from America, and make sure the rich pays through the nose and heavy tariffs to American-owned companies that offshored unless 95% of the jobs are here in the United States, then the tariff would be lifted, and they MUST maintain 95% American employment rate, and they WILL finally understand that Americans with jobs buy their products, and WILL pay for it. Giving them low wages is not acceptable. Living wages with auto-adjustable COLA based on CPI (like SS are) is the answer.

They want to hold on to their cash? Fine - but they must pay a massive fine first for failing to hire people and stop off-shoring jobs.

Also, fire Arne Duncan and move his useless ass to Somalia - there, he can form whatever the fuck he wants.

6. I have not problem with corporations making money
what I have a problem with is corporation making money at the expense of the people of this country and others, like using slave labor or taking jobs to other country's because it cost less. Even that crazy bastard Henry Ford realized that your employees have to be able to afford your product because if they can't you dont have a company, but people seem to have forgotten that lately.

7. There is no such thing as a "blue" corporation. Corporations are inheirently anti-Progressive.
Corporations are the problem, they cannot be part of the solution.
