There was a time, back during the Nam war... |

That a little clambake was held, due to circumstances not unlike those we saw today. They were called "Days of Rage".
Is it time for some more?

At the 1968 chicago convention, democrats were trying to figure out whether or not Vietnam was a good thing, or a bad thing. The slim majority of delegates figured it was A-OK. There were large protests outside. The corrupt cops decided to start beating the kids, sparking a riot. Seven kids in particular were arrest, and held for trial. The following year at the trial there was a much angrier, albeit smaller group of protesters that showed up known as The Weathermen. More riots, some kid got killed. That was the "Day of Rage."
We didn't leave Vietnam for several more years.

In 1968 maybe only one third of the country realized what a waste the Vietnam war was.
Right now, 72% of the American people realize it.
The Dems in office today HAVE NO EXCUSE for being such wusses.
