2. Which is why he has become a target
He, IMHO, is the only current candidate who has a chance to pull Republican votes...that is unless they run Hagel.

4. How does that compare to Hillary and Obama cs. Romney and Thompson?
I can't look it up right now, but I'll guess that Hillary beats Romney and Thompson by a smaller margin than Edwards and Obama. Seems to be the trend with her.

7. What math am I missing?
How is it HRC just leads by 3 points and Edwards kicks Romney and Thompson's ass - yet HRC leads in head to head polling against Edwards? Seems like it should be the flip of that.

Don't get it...

12. Because Dems like to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory?
As Dukakis, Mondale, Dole, etc will tell you, winning the primary and winning the general election are two very different things. Hillary appears to be better at the former, Edwards the later.

9. And this explains why the MSM has been 'ignoring' Edwards ....
Edwards is the Republican killer when it comes to independent/undecided and unaffliliated voters, which the Repubs have to grab in a big way to win.

Edwards is the big threat and Repubs know it.

The MSM are the promoters for Repubs to protect their own corporate interests.

Any one want to hold their breath until the MSM reports this as a leading political story?
(I would not recommend it.... for your health)

13. Edwards is the sure winner in the finals
If we are smart he makes it out of the primaries victorious. Hillary and Obama are vulnerable to any repub.
