Remember Conyers and Leahy and their Committees Know A Lot More Than They Have Revealed Publicly
There have been depositions behind closed doors, informal discussions between potential witnesses and members of the respective Committees, information fed to them anonymously by career employees at the DOJ and possibly the White House, etc.

Knowing what happened and proving what happened are two entirely different things.

They are building their cases from the ground up... and there are going to be many more revelations. The WHite House can only guess what they really know at this point, and that may explain why the White House has refused to negotiate on anything.

We are a long way from winding this one up....

1. Big trap...thinking they know more than we know they know and
that if we click our heels three times and think good thoughts, all will be well. No offense to you at all, it's just that I've lived 61 years and it never turns out that way...never.

2. Yeah...like 19 months away.
Sorry...I can't share your sunny optimism. They couldn't even throw the voters a symbolic bone. Shallow, symbolic bullshit isn't what they do best, and they couldn't even do that. It just leads me to believe they're completely devoid of spines. Or completely out of touch with the people who put them in office. Either way, it's not an encouraging scenario.

4. What makes you think there is nothing more than has been publicly exposed?
People who have concerns do not always march out front of the parade.

Do you think the depositions conducted behind closed doors with these Committees did not produce any usable evidence?

Buck up, there is more in the pipeline. This is following the pattern of Watergate.
