So Bush says today our troops will leave if the Iraqis say so.

Bush "chastises" those who would advocate to end the war as not letting the generals do their jobs. How many times have we heard the ol' "I listen to my generals" schtick?

Then he up and says that it's up to the Iraqis to determine how long we will be in Iraq. What happened? Do the Iraqis now trump his generals?
