9. Letterman & Stewart
Daily Show starts at 11, and will be over by 11:30. Letterman usually doesn't have guests until at least Midnight, 25 minutes into the broadcast. Should be able to catch both.

8. How the Media Helped Defeat Al Gore in 2000
Here is an interesting article written in 2000 about how the media was working to portray Al Gore as delusional and full of lies. Actually, they were taking his comments horribly out of context or completely misquoting him.

http://www.consortiumnews.com/2000/020100a.html

Meanwhile, the media loved the way that George Bush kidded around with them. He was the alcoholic you would most like to have a drink with.

10. Yes it becomes difficult to win any competition when the "referees"
are in on the fix.

9/11, The Iraq War, the abandonment of the American People left behind to die during Katrina, warrant less wiretapping, the Bush Administration's marriage to corruption and Stalinization of information are all children of this first betrayal from our so called "fourth estate guardian watchdogs for democracy" when they sold out the American People and enabled Bush to power.

How on earth anyone in the Mass Corporate Media could believe, they could restore honor and integrity to the White House when they are forced to camouflage their favorite candidate's obvious shortcomings, mistakes, errors and lies while simultaneously slandering and trashing a superior candidate for the most powerful job in the land is beyond me!

They're still at today as well, check out some of the in depth reviews from people that never read "The Assault on Reason" but are happy to speculate on everything except what's in the book.
