He won't break. He won't even bend. Any, ANY Congressional action short of straight-line de-funding or impeachment will not move Bush one inch. His is a sublime rigidity which will not change unless it is to do the opposite of his critics, to spite them. If Democrats think they can get mileage out of other various actions short of de-funding/impeachment, then so be it. But it WILL NOT MOVE BUSH. Next question.
