"They're coming for your children," Little Boots bellowed. |
|
Edited on Thu May-24-07 06:04 PM by Skidmore
I just heard that press conference. Belligerent and insane.
"Fear" in one breath, and in the next, bullyboy "we gotta win" barking to the crotch-scratching, tough guys who are content to sit at home and holler "Yo!" back at him.
He makes me sick and so do his supporters. Is Congress insane, too?

2. Is congress insane too, you ask? |

I have to answer that it appears so, as they continue to enable this madman without any consideration of the wishes of the American people, or the suffering of the Iraqi people.

4. That post makes me laugh and cry at the same time. Very vivid! |
|
and the question so many of us are asking. Heard Dennis K on Democracy Now this afternoon laying it on the line, speaking absolutely plain, comprehensible language. I'm sure there's a transcript over at the DN website - worth reading - it's not long - just to remind yourself that YOU are not the crazy one.
("Little Boots" is one of my favorite designations for the puppet-in-residence - so apt!)

|
Edited on Thu May-24-07 07:03 PM by rasputin1952
they'd be more politically valuable than anyone else's children.
The assholes have played the "fear card" so often, no one is taking them seriously anymore. Here in Nebraska, nothing would make a farmer happier than to find an al-Queda agent in a corn field...most of them are itching to shoot someone anyway...:eyes:
If bush is so damn fired up to win this war, why doesn't he put on a Rambo suit and go win the damn thing...he can take Limbaugh w/him for moral support. I'll get the flags for the "transfer tubes" ready...:grr:

10. They just run over 'coons here, and skunks as well as ... |
|
possum, deer, cats, dogs...it is Road Kill hell around here. I hit a wild turkey about 2 years ago, it just popped up and all I saw was a head at hood level...and a LOT of feathers in the Rearview mirror.
Ever since 9-11, and I'm not kidding you, farmers started racking guns in their tractors, combines, etc...not just .22's for varmints either, but 30/30's, .308's etc. If the 1st Iraqi Airborne shows up, I pity the poor bastards...farmers can be MEAN! And then they will take the wounded into the corn fields and hand them over to the Children of the Corn...:scared:
But if they take them to the Children of the Soy...I don't even want to think about it....:(

many folks swerve TOWARDS animals, even kitties. That kind of mentality, I can never understand. Children of the Soy! I've heard they're worse than Children of the Corn, Wheat, Millet, AND Sorghum!
Edit to add--sorry about your turkey. They're pretty dumb. I occasionally have to dodge suicidal pheasants, as well.

bang, it was just there...all I could see was a blue head for a split second...it was like it just popped up from under the road...:D
Made a heck of a lot of nosie rolling under the car too. the Pickup behind me got the full balst of the feathers, in a sick kind of way, it was kind of humorous. We both stopped and made sure the vehicles were OK...and then got the bird and tossed it into the bed of the pickup...the guy said he'd feed it to his cats...

They're busy partying hearty in DC these days. Obviously, these twits don't have real jobs. They need to join up! I mean, if Prince Harry can do it, the Princesses can, too!
