And made it possible for new auto companies (I'm talking Tesla and how they are bringing about 1000 jobs to the bay area at the old NUMMI plant)

They say he's anti business????

WTF is all I can say

Those baggers must be drinking antifreeze or something

1. If the pukes don't kill the HCR I won't ever be denied
coverage for a 'pre-existing conditon.' That's a BFD to me.

3. How about Paul Krugman?
Paul Krugman - the U.S. auto industry will disappear regardless of whether or not they receive a bailout.

Wrong!

4. I like Paul as much as the next guy, but the man is not infallible
No single one of us can predict the future, especially on that one.

American cars do sell - and will sell. The waiting list for Tesla is miles long - and even the luxury editions are farily priced considering

My guess is it will be US v China in the car war a'coming

5. This is true, and it is credit-worthy.
Having an auto industry is a matter of national security. I am glad Obama and the Congress chose to do the right thing on this issue.

7. "GM? That means 'Government Motors' now"
If you EVER hear that line, smack the speaker, hard.

Then explain, slowly, in excruciating detail how the auto bailouts were LOANS to PRIVATE COMPANIES that they are now PAYING BACK WITH INTEREST.
