Simply "redeploying" the troops to non-combat positions in Baghdad, Kuwait, and the Gulf region is not good enough. We are not wanted in the region. How fucking hard is that for people to understand? Our very presence in the region is creating tremendous tension! Not only that, but it makes it far to easy to move them back into Iraq or other areas (ie Iran). Bring them all home - none of this halfway bullshit.

Yes, there will be bloodshed after we leave Iraq. But it's no different than what's going on now, the only difference is that it won't be our troops getting killed on a daily basis. The Iraqis are going to have to learn how to live together. We can't simply snap our fingers and wash away thousands of years of animosity.

Bush should be held accountable for everything that happens in Iraq after we leave.
