Boehner (after today's meeting): Bush Tax Cuts© will "create jobs, get the economy moving again"
http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE6A44K020101130?type=smallBusinessNews

Obama said he and many Democrats continued to believe that it would be "unwise and unfair" to spend $700 billion to extend tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans while also trying to bring down the U.S. deficit.

Republican leaders, emboldened by gains in the November 2 elections, argued that it would be better for the economy if tax cuts for all Americans were extended.

"Republicans made the point that stopping all the looming tax hikes and cutting spending would, in fact, create jobs and get the economy moving again," said Representative John Boehner, who will become Speaker of the House next year.

"We're looking forward to the conversation with the White House over extending all of the current rates, and I remain optimistic," he said.

2. Huh?
So how come the tax cuts didn't create jobs during Bushco's tenure.

This is madness.

6. And yet, NO ONE (that I'm aware of) has asked Boehner that question.
It's such a predictable talking point that it comes out virtually every time his mouth opens, and yet, no one has asked him that one simple question. Go figure, eh?

5. Hey weeping boner
I called your office the other day asking how many
small businesses would be affected by the tax hike
I was told that you did not know. So don't go around saying
things if you do not know the facts.
So now you are saying that jobs will be created, care to
guarantee how many, how many at $20/hour, how many with benefits??

You are nothing except a drunk and corporate whore!!
