The People's Narrative of America: Everything We've Ever Been Told is a LIE!!
This country used to be good at lying, but it's had a negative effect on development in this country both socially and politically. The wikileaks documents are simply about explosive revelations made, it's more about the fact that nearly everything our elected "leaders" tell us is highly false. Their reasons for going to war are often proven exaggerated or false. The company we keep around the world blatantly contradicts our entire PUBLIC foreign policy (Saudi Arabia, etc). When economic policies are shown to be wrong or needing revolutionary structural change, instead we get the weakest deal possible and it's built up as something major and it's not (wall street "reform" healthcare "reform"). When social policies like the War on Drugs is being shown to have had more of a negative effect than a positive one, a dialogue on saving money and getting rid of the program isn't even openly discussed and LIKELY vehemently defended behind closed doors. Our politicians are openly fucking over the American people now! I honestly don't think many of them give a rats ass about the poor and needy and are trying to cash out before the ship sinks. They don't deserve the titles they have and don't deserve to represent this country as they're ALL a bunch of pitiful sellouts!! And that's what America is right now...a fucking sinking ship. We're on the Titanic and the music is playing as the ship fills with water and people are just now realizing that we're royally screwed. If Iran or China don't develop to a point where they can tell us openly to "fuck off" forever relegating us to has-beens...our dumb drunk, ass backwards policies will continue to pull us into the cesspool of corruption and anarchy.

1. I would think that many topics released were not real news and
others we suspected as much.

2. The only way to avoid being lied to is...
don't listen to anything any politician tells you.

3. Don't forget the sh*tstream media
I've been bringing this up in discussions for a long time now. At some point someone quotes some media pronouncement at me as though it's God's own truth.

First I ask them "how old were you when you first found out the media lies to you?"

Of course they want to sound like they were mature at a young age.

Then I ask them "how long do you think is a reasonable length of time before you quit believing them?"
