1. If Obama is the nominee in 2012, you can bet the RW Media and GOP will attack him as weak |
|
and ineffectual. Sending this note less than 24 hours after their 'productive' meeting with Obama is a pretty clear signal that they consider Obama to be a weak, sniveling ass-clown.

They'll all be campaigning saying how much they despise Obama and his policies in order to win over moderates.

25. If he continues to ignore the bully pulpit, |

continues to not point out the Republican agenda on TV daily, and continues to sign Republican legislation into law then he will be a weak, sniveling ass clown.
That was not the change I worked for and voted for.

2. I do not mean to be provocative, but the Republicans play |
|
hardball and Democrats fold. Just watch.
This is what happens when one party is a true believer. They believe in something even if it is wrong.
and a "pragmatic" party. We will compromise.
Who wins.
Bill Clinton told a group of Activists years ago.
IT IS BETTER TO BE STRONG and WRONG than to be RIGHT AND WEAK.
This big tent--what does it buy us?? Conservadems vote Republican on all important issues.
Forgive me, I am just ticked.
It is better to be strong and wrong than to be right and weak.

34. He did not cave. We perceived him as caving. Bill Clinton |
|
has said out loud. I am A Conservative Democrat.
He stopped Republican where he believed the line was being\crossed. His idea of where the line in the sand goes and our beliefs are two different things.
Obama is a New Democrat. His line in the sand is going to be different from ours. He is also a pragmatist. Which means sometimes it might appear getting legislation is more than what is in legislation. I said appear.

What they want is tax cuts for the rich. Period. And since damned few, if any, of the GOP senators make less than 250K they are directly lining their own pockets at our expense.

31. I agree. It would be a great word for Obama to use as he warns the public that the |
|
GOP is willing to let government shut down. Can you picture it now? The country aghast with disbelief? The country aghast that the GOP values millionaires more than the working poor?
The stupid country doesn't know, because they don't hear it from anybody with authority.
Everything the GOP says and does, sits there like a rock, while activists scream and write, and the rest of the country is dazed by indifference.
