Question: Who is at the core of the Charlie Rangle ethics probe/case?

More specifically- who originally brought these charges? In light of what the committee has "found" and what they are accusing him of, the whole thing has the feel of the action against Van Jones, ACORN and (shit- i'm blanking on her name) and others...

the theme/feel here is that ALL these "ethics" cases are/were African American.

Hey- i love Charlie... i know he's "provocative" and all but, doesn't the whole thing seem railroaded?
