is very good. Check it out.
Good article called Activism after Clicktivism by Micah White and The Logic of Not Demanding by Kalle Lasn.
"Next time they call an economic summit, why don't we just ignore them? Instead of massive displays of anger, let's give them eerily empty streets.... silence.. not a peep... nothing to validate their billion dollar security budgets."
"We don't tell them what we want because they already know what we want. We want their system to die."--Kalle Lasn
Also I still have to read the meme articles at the end-- Zero Growth, What's Wrong with Being No. 2? etc. So I may comment some more here after I read those.
I leave you with :
"I propose that all of us, both individually and in our immediate circle, cultivate a sense of restlessness and readiness for the coming change in consciousness. Let us withdraw no only our votes from the Great Machine and its servants. Whereever possible we must altogether stop playing that game, and we must gradually incapacitate everything that runs in the old direction: military installations and freeways, nuclear power stations and airports, chemical factories and large hospitals, supermarkets and factory-like educational institutions...
Let us reflect on how we can feed, warm, clothe, educate and keep ourselves healthy independently of the Great Machine. Let us begin working on our independence from it now--before it has total control of us, suffocating us and, sooner rather than later, subjecting us to total atomic annihilation."-- Rudolf Bahro

One of two possibilities arise; we destroy the great machine by cutting ourselves off from it. It crumbles. Thousands if not millions die as our new approach is unable to sustain our current population.
Or we have no real effect on the machine; we go back to the land and live our agrarian lives, giving up our I-Pods and the like, and the machine rumbles on towards total atomic annihilation. How far out in the woods are we moving?

despite the propaganda, the dam will break. Peak oil and global warming are not Hollywood rumors.
