I would guess the mama grizzly label was started by a media narrative. Maybe she did start the idea, but I doubt it. Unless she is trumping the bear label with grizzly label.

Its a part of a label trap, since bears are a common symbol for a few things.
There is a repeatable Orwellian pattern of people being called the opposite of what they are, so that labels are used against them.
It is in 1984 book. The way to fix it is understand the label trap, but I have not seen that taught in many places.
Basically there are groups, if they don't like someone they try and put the label for them on something that many don't like, and vice versa. Sometimes it is used to spend what is stored in a label for people elsewhere, sometimes it is to drain it on something else. I would guess that is much of what is done with stuff like that.
Note I see the same defining characteristics in almost everything, and not by label.
Same reason the 'shooting wolves from helicopters' got so much play, since helicopters is a common label for sky or even heavenly items, with a secondary loading from that being the example of item actually changed in the book 1984, so many uses of helicopter has a secondary hubris Orwellian nod in them.
since the helicopter was said to be invented by the false Orwellian thing by changing the history. Long story, but basically the use of helicopter can be the original, but since taken by Orwellian actions it has been unloaded of meaning in most macros.
Just like the story of the Pastor Long, was to remove being able to use Long as a descriptor in many things like, its a long story, one of my common phrases I use many times. You have to have some discipline to wave surf and still see within contexts, and many know that so unload or cross load different words in a language. (the meaning of the broken glasses in the TZ episode where guy in photo in sig line could not read anymore, however you can make it through that, I made it through, as I believe he did, and can read again, but it took some time.)
I postulated that the language might be being removed also, but not sure on that.
