Seriously, anyone who might fall into the disfavor of TPTB should be very cautious about even being alone with a possible plant or future accuser. In the case of alleged rape, people have been put away for years on nothing more than false testimony. No physical evidence, no witnesses, just the accusation with colorful descriptions.

If Assange sees the inside of a court room, the PTB will do everything to see him put in jail far from a PC, Laptop, or even a cell phone.

Other possible solutions include a signed and dated form of consent, or voice message of consent left on one's or one's lawyer's voice mail.

As for planting of evidence, at least in this country we still have the right to face an accuser. A wiretap without records or even a warrant will see your case thrown out.

But ultimately, you're right. So long as they don't make any real mistakes, they'll get you one way or another. The trick is to prepare against the possibility in creative ways. Having discreet full video surveillance uplinked straight to a website in your home to catch someone planting evidence would also be a nice 'fuck you' to any such attempt.
