Joe Miller (teabagger, AK) facing possible criminal investigation
Edited on Fri Dec-03-10 01:42 PM by hlthe2b
Still fighting Murkowski in court over his lost Senatorial election, it seems he may have more pressing legal issues to concern him.(Seems his benefactress, "Queen" Palin, has conveniently forgotten him in his time of need as well)

The Fairbanks North Star Borough, where Miller spent seven years working as a part-time government attorney, had put the tea party-backed candidate on notice that it was reviewing whether Miller should face criminal charges over e-mails that went missing from his borough account in August 2009. The borough's questioning of Miller over the missing e-mails was confirmed to Alaska Dispatch this week, and the criminal investigation remains a possibility still today.

--snip--
At issue are some 15,000 e-mails that vanished from Miller's borough e-mail account, a find Broker made in the days following Miller's abrupt resignation from the borough in August 2009. More than a year later, Broker is still waiting to hear from Miller about how the e-mails managed to get deleted.

2. Palin seem to have no issues endorsing these losers but....
when the shit hits the fan she drops them like a spoilt mooseburger.

O'Donnell was floudering in Delaware, polls had her 17pts behind Coons and yet Palin couldn't take the time to leave a football game in NJ to come down to the rally she promised to attend right before the election.

7. Sorta OT...
But whatever happened to Ms. Palin's misappropriation of funds deal? Didn't she leave Wasilla in debt and use city money to build her house? Weren't there other red flag issues associated with her half term as Gov?

Funny how we are still hearing about Black Panther voter intimidation, where there was never an actual complaint but just accusations, and we never hear about Palin's dips into the cookie jar. What's up with that damn librul media?

3. I'd Fine Tooth His Campaign Spending...
Isn't this the shitstain that had his own goon squad to intimidate critics? Did he pay these people? I'll bet this douchenozzle is hiding plenty.

5. That cliche "where there is smoke, there is fire". I'll bet the
Palins are involved in these missing e-mails. Probably some good incriminating things in those e-mails, also, too, imo.

6. You're probably correct about this.
If I'm understanding the story correctly, Miller was misusing the computers to attack Palin's arch-nemesis, Randy Ruedrich, chairman of the Alaska Republican Party, whom they were seeking to oust from his position.
