If Muslims can pray on Madison Avenue, why are Christians banned from praying in public and erecting religious displays on their holy days? What happened to our National Day of Prayer? Obama says we can't have that, yet Muslims are allowed to block off Madison Ave. in N. Y. and pray in the middle of the street! And, it's a monthly ritual! Tell me again, whose country is this? Ours or the Muslims?

I was asked to send this on if I agree, or delete if I don't. It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God.

Therefore I have a very hard time understanding why there is such a problem in having 'In God We Trust' on our money and having 'God' in the Pledge of Allegiance. I believe it's time we stand up for what we believe! If you agree, pass this on, if not, delete

Now rather than "debate" point by point, which is about as useful as combing sand to keep it neat, I tend hit reply all and go for the overarching "excuse me but your stupid is showing" .

My wack-a-doodle uncle (by marriage!) sent me a really disturbing email today called "What Patton Would Have Said," a right-wingnut response to Obama addressing the troops in Afghanistan today. I'll spare you the graphic pictures. Here's the text.

Prolly the funniest thing about it is that it's written in several fonts that range from 20pt to 40pt, varying in color--black, red, navy, green--and ALL CAPS!!!!

To ALL those whining, panty-waisted, pathetic Citizens, it's time for a little refresher course on exactly why we Americans occasionally have to fight wars to keep this nation great.
