we TRUSTED those around him and Obama himself to be a Democratic President.

If Color was the issue...how did he get elected by such Overwhelming Numbers with a Mandate that even Corrupt Voting Machines and Political Treachery by the RW couldn't over come like they managed to do with Gore and Kerry?

If this was about Obama being a "dark skin" then I wonder about Condi Rice, Clarence Thomas, Colin Powell and so many of "dark skin" who have respect amongst many Americans. (mostly RW Americans..but even Colin Powell does have support amongst many progressive Dems.)

I think playing a "Race Card" against Obama in this day and age doesn't work. He had overwhelming support all across America and certainly by Democrats, Indies and many Angry Repugs.

I hat to see this be about Obama's Race. You couldn't have the people I listed abover having such a high approval amongst all Americans if this was the country you still think it is...mired somewhere in Jim Crow. That just isn't the point, anymore. Not saying that it doesn't exist but there are Irish who think people hate the Catholic Church, Fundamental Christians who think the Gov't is out to Destroty them, Jews who think everyone who criticizes Isreal is Anti-Semitic. You can always fine an excuse as to why you think some ethnic or relgious group is for or against you as a politician...but with Obama's Election how can you say that there are "lynch mobs" coming after him because he's "BLACK" There were LYNCH MOBS after Bill and Hillary Clinton and THEY ARE WHITE!

I just don't see your argument being something that we should consider as a cause as to why Obama is geyting flack from disillusioned Dems and Progressive Dems and Independents. :shrug:

Can you imagine putting him in charge of negotiating with a rancorous Political Body like the House and Senate are going to be in January when the Rabid Pit Bulls take CHARGE?
